In each session we will:
- Explore a Weekly Theme
- Move (based on Yoga Asana, adapted to be accessible for all bodies)
- Learn the practice of Embodied Mindfulness Meditation, a simple practice you can implement at any moment
- Community and Connection to last a lifetime
- Support and Integration of your experience
- Weekly implementable homework to continue this practice
From your participation, you will learn to:
- Discover the correlation between physical sensations and anxiety and depression
- Slow down to collect your thoughts
- Bump yourself out of a low, a funk, a scattered or a foggy feeling
- Easily implementable practices to support you anytime, anywhere
- Learn that your autonomic response to a situation can be reshaped, which changes your experience of anxiety and depression
- Feel the load is lighter, knowing that you aren't alone.
