In each session we will:

  • Explore a Weekly Theme
  • Move (based on Yoga Asana, adapted to be accessible for all bodies)
  • Learn the practice of Embodied Mindfulness Meditation, a simple practice you can implement at any moment 
  • Community and Connection to last a lifetime
  • Support and Integration of your experience
  • Weekly implementable homework to continue this practice

From your participation, you will learn to:

  • Discover the correlation between physical sensations and anxiety and depression
  • Slow down to collect your thoughts
  • Bump yourself out of a low, a funk, a scattered or a foggy feeling
  • Easily implementable practices to support you anytime, anywhere
  • Learn that your autonomic response to a situation can be reshaped, which changes your experience of anxiety and depression
  • Feel the load is lighter, knowing that you aren't alone.

I want my work to be accessible, and I also support myself and my family. The balance I find is to offer a sliding scale to some participants. * I am highly trained and internationally certified as a Yoga Therapist and Somatic Coach to support you in your process. I do ask that if your condition is clinically diagnosed, that you continue to work under the guidance of your licensed professional providor in addition to working with me.
